To design multilingual events effectively, Oniva offers fully integrated multilingual support for German, French, Italian, and English. Here's how you can utilize it.
Language selection when creating events or campaign groups
When creating an event or campaign group, you can easily select the available language. Additionally, you can also set a default language to serve as a fallback for contacts who haven't specified a specific language.

Translations in text fields
Each text field provides tabs in the available languages where translations can be entered. If no translation is provided, the default language is automatically displayed.

Importing contacts
During the import of contacts, you can either import a language directly from Excel or retrieve the language from the account settings for contacts. This ensures that contacts are addressed in their preferred language.
Personalised communication
Contacts receive all communication, such as invitations and notifications, in their language. Even their personal link is generated directly in the specified language.
Display of language for contacts
The language preference of contacts is displayed and can be used for evaluations. This provides valuable insights to better target your audience.

Frequently asked questions
- Old texts or translations are still visible in my event. What could be the reason?
It's likely that texts were entered in other language fields before the language was deactivated. To solve this problem, you can reactivate the language and delete any texts that are no longer needed.
