Choose the licence that's right for you
Oniva helps organisations of all sizes create unique event experiences. Through automations on our event platform, you can boost the productivity of your event organisation by up to 80%. Collect event data such as the no-show rate and increase the success of your event marketing.
By clicking “Allow,” you agree to the storage of cookies on your device to improve page navigation, analyse site usage, and support our marketing efforts. For more information, see our cookie policy.
A “registration” means an email address registered in Oniva, which has completed a booking process on the platform during the relevant licence period. Registration includes a subscription or cancellation, but also a cancelled booking. A user who visits a corresponding event website without completing the booking process is not considered a “registration”. The effective number of registrations is determined after the event or licence year has expired.
What are the minimum terms?
The minimum term for taking out an annual licence is 12 months. An annual licence is automatically renewed for another year at the end of one year, unless cancelled up to 1 month before the expiration date. A one-time event licence is available from the signing of the contract up to 30 days after the date of the event.
What are one-time set-up costs?
It is important to us that you can use the full potential of Oniva from day one. That is why we will initially support you with the introduction and configuration of the platform. The one-time set-up costs vary depending on the subscription model you choose. Contact us for more details.
Who is Oniva worthwhile for?
There are two situations in which Oniva is particularly worthwhile for your organisation. Either you organise one or more events with more than 100 participants or you organise more than 10 events per year. In both cases, Oniva helps you save time, keep track of things and carry out professional event communications. Learn more about this topic in our blog “ROI of event management software”.
What happens if I exceed the agreed number of registrations?
Congratulations on your event success! Additional registrations will be invoiced after the contract period has expired. If you have not planned any additional registrations for your event budget, we recommend limiting the number of registrations in Oniva per event.
Does Oniva offer a special rate for NPOs or NGOs?
We offer a special discount on the list price of our software licences and services for recognised non-profit organisations (NPOs) and non-governmental organisations (NGOs).
Requirements for the discount:
The organisation must provide valid proof of its NGO or NPO status (e.g. confirmation of tax exemption, registration as a charitable organisation in the commercial register).
The discount applies exclusively to the direct use of the software within the NGO/NPO and may not be passed on to third parties.
The discounted software must not be used for commercial purposes.
