The Swisscom Focus Event, which recently took place at “The Hall” in Dübendorf, Zurich, is an impressive example of how Oniva and our event services helped to smoothly organise and run an event with around 2,000 visitors. Oniva's experts have taken over participation management to ensure a smooth and relaxed process.
  • Consulting on the implementation and configuration of the event: We supported the team behind the Focus Event from the outset and worked with them to develop the best strategy for implementing the event with Oniva.
  • Configuration of the entire event communication and the event website: Our experts created an event website that was not only informative but also appealing. In addition, we effectively implemented the communication for the event, from the invitation to the email notification.
  • Upload and manage the guest list: Thanks to Oniva, managing the guest list was a breeze. For this event, it was particularly important to ensure that only invited managers and employees could attend and that no information was leaked.
