For the best experience with Oniva, the latest versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Apple Safari are recommended.

Supported browsers
Oniva supports the following browsers:
- Google Chrome (latest version)
- Mozilla Firefox (latest version)
- Microsoft Edge (latest version)
- Apple Safari (latest version)
Note:
Microsoft recommends using Microsoft Edge as the default browser and continues to support Internet Explorer 11 for backward compatibility. Oniva does not support any version of Internet Explorer.

Our emails are not fully optimised for dark mode. There may be display deviations.
Supported mobile devices for the check-in app
The Oniva check-in app is supported on the following mobile devices:
- Apple devices
Compatible with iPhone and iPad running iOS 18 or later - Android devices
Compatible with devices running Android 14 or later
The Oniva Check-In app requires a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile, 4G or higher) to ensure live data synchronisation.
For an optimal user experience, the latest version of the operating system should be installed on the device.
