Group bookings allow participants to form teams, with each team requiring a group leader. This individual is authorised to invite other members to the group and manage them.
Group bookings can be activated within the booking options. Once the maximum number of groups is reached, no new groups can be created. Similarly, a booking option cannot be booked if both the maximum number of groups and the maximum number of individuals per group are reached.
👉 Note: Group bookings are currently only available for events with accounts. Account access can be enabled via permission groups. Development of group bookings for public events is planned for 2026.
