Group bookings

Group bookings allow participants to form teams, with each team requiring a group leader. This individual is authorised to invite other members to the group and manage them.

Group bookings

Group bookings can be activated within the booking options. Once the maximum number of groups is reached, no new groups can be created. Similarly, a booking option cannot be booked if both the maximum number of groups and the maximum number of individuals per group are reached.

Note: Only with accounts
Group bookings are only available for events with accounts. Access with accounts can be activated in authorisation groups. Currently, there is no way to use group bookings for public events.

Group bookings provide an efficient way to form and manage teams for various events. By utilising the functionalities of group bookings correctly, you can ensure that your group activities run smoothly and all members are appropriately invited and managed.

Fees

In addition to the usual processing fees, an extra fee of
CHF 2.50 / EUR 2.40 per transaction
