How To: Event texts with artificial intelligence (AI)
In this article, you will learn how to use artificial intelligence to automatically generate texts such as event descriptions.
AI-powered text generation for events and campaigns
👉 Note: If the feature is not yet available for you, it may be that your organisation has not yet activated it. See the tenant settings for this.
Creating events with AI-generated event descriptions
- Create event in the admin
Enter the event title, date, time, and, if necessary, the desired workspace for the creation of your event. - Choose the language
Select the language in which your event should be published. - Enter the details
Provide 1–2 sentences with the key characteristics of your event. This information will be used to generate the event description. - Select the target audience
Specify the target audience for your event, such as employees or customers. For multiple target groups, separate them with a comma. - Choose the tone of voice
Choose from various tones, such as professional, casual, friendly, or relaxed. - Save your entries
After saving your entries, the event will be created. You can now further customise your event configuration by clicking "Edit."
You will find the AI-generated event description under event information in the description, automatically translated into the selected languages. Please carefully review the event description before publishing.
AI text for existing events
You can also add or update an AI-generated description for events that have already been created. To do so, open the relevant event in the admin area and navigate to event information. The AI feature is available in the Description section – including automatic translation into all activated languages at the click of a button.
AI text for campaigns
AI text generation is now also available directly in campaigns. Whether it's an invitation, reminder, confirmation, or follow-up – start with a professionally worded draft and then tailor it with your own content and details. The feature supports all activated languages and translates the generated texts automatically.
What data is transferred when using artificial intelligence?
Only the information you enter in the fields is transferred to the AI. No additional data that you did not input is transmitted.
