How To: Event texts with artificial intelligence (AI)

In this article, you will learn how to use artificial intelligence to automatically generate texts such as event descriptions.

Event creation with AI-generated event descriptions

Note: This feature is currently in the beta phase and is only available when creating new events. If the feature is not yet available for you, it may be that your organisation has not yet activated it.

  1. Select + create event in the event admin
    Enter the event title, date, time, and, if necessary, the desired workspace for the creation of your event.
  2. Choose the language
    Select the language in which your event should be published.
  3. Enter the details
    Provide 1–2 sentences with the key characteristics of your event. This information will be used to generate the event description.
  4. Select the target audience
    Specify the target audience for your event, such as employees or customers. For multiple target groups, separate them with a comma.
  5. Choose the tone of voice
    Choose from various tones, such as professional, casual, friendly, or relaxed.
  6. Save your entries
    After saving your entries, the event will be created. You can now further customise your event configuration by clicking "Edit."

You will find the AI-generated event description under Event Information in the Description section, automatically translated into the selected languages. Please carefully review the event description before publishing.

Can the description be regenerated later?

The new AI feature is currently in the beta phase. At this time, it is not possible to regenerate the event description. However, you can edit the text at any time as you wish.

What data is transferred when using artificial intelligence?

Only the information you enter in the fields is transferred to the AI. No additional data that you did not input is transmitted.

Refunds
