With the Microsoft Teams integration in Oniva, you can link virtual and hybrid events to a Teams meeting or live event. Registered participants automatically receive a Teams join link directly via the event website. Oniva becomes the central hub for registration and communication, while Microsoft Teams handles the live delivery.
Instructions
- Create a Teams meeting: Set up a meeting or webinar in Microsoft Teams and copy the access link.
- Link Teams meeting to an event: When creating or editing an event in Oniva, select the “Online event” option and add your Teams link.
- Test registration: Perform a test registration and check whether the Teams link is correctly displayed on the event website.
