The direct integration of Anthropic’s Claude AI into Oniva automates the creation of multilingual content for your events. With just a few inputs, Claude generates complete event descriptions in all required languages – consistent, on-brand and ready to use instantly. This saves valuable time, reduces translation costs and ensures you always communicate with your participants in their preferred language.

Instructions

  1. Activate AI feature: The Anthropic integration is built directly into Oniva. Enable AI-powered content creation in the tenant settings – no API key required.
  2. Configure languages & tone: Optionally define tone of voice (e.g. formal or informal) and brand language, and adjust the system prompt to match your organisation’s style.
  3. Generate & approve content: When creating an event, open the AI feature, enter key details and receive ready-to-use text drafts instantly. You can edit them before publishing if needed.

Which languages are supported?

Oniva currently supports German, English, French and Italian. More languages are planned.

Can I edit the generated text before publishing?

Yes, all AI-generated content is displayed and can be reviewed and adjusted before publication at any time.

Are my event data used to train AI models?

No. Anthropic does not use API data for model training by default. Your event data are used solely to generate the requested content.

Can the AI reflect our brand voice and tone?

Yes, you can define tone, preferred wording and restricted terms in the settings to ensure the content matches your brand.

Are there additional costs for using AI?

AI-powered content creation is included in Oniva. There are no separate API costs. Availability may vary by plan – see pricing details.
